We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Berg Ferienhaus Borovnica befindet sich in Lič, nur 30 Fahrminuten von der Adria und 50 km von Rijeka entfernt. Das Haus bietet 2 gemütliche Doppelzimmern mit Gemeinschaftsbad und ein Klappsofa für 2 Personen im Wohnzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirr und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Large private property is sourrounded by olive groves and represents an ideal place for rest and peace with relaxing views on the sea from wherever you look!

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
