The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining and living room, just a dozen feet from the shore. Enjoy pool or ping-pong in the rec room, with its own view of Rainy Lake and a kitchenette. This lovely cottage has woods, hiking trails, and perenial gardens right outside the door. There are ski trails a mile away and the Redhead Mountain Bike park 8 miles away. The 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath home is fully furnished and has been completely renovated. The kitchen has everything needed to dine at home. The deck provides a peaceful view of the woods; and the 3 season porch and loft den offer lovely places to relax and read. In the winter the wood stove provides a toasty ambiance.

This cabin was built for family gatherings and a recreational retreat and has been in the family for years. We offer a place to sleep 4 with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, bar area, dining table and a small bathroom with a shower and sink. We also have an outside hydrant to rinse off your equipment or clean your fish and game. Be on the lookout for Moose, Deer, Bear, Fox, Grouse, and many of birds and listen for an occasional Timber Wolf in the night. Trailer parking is onsite.

This rustic island cabin and bunkhouse are located on a hillside facing east for incredible sunrise views over the lake. It offers easy access to Voyageurs National Park as well as many local establishments. This property has a fire pit, large covered porch, private sauna, and private dock. This property is located on an island and is only accessible by water. Please inquire for boat rental availability!

Wolf Cabin at Wilderness Wind

We are asking our guests to bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Thank you for your understanding. Wolf Cabin is Wilderness Wind's smallest and most secluded cabin on the shore of Lake Armstrong. This adorable one bedroom cabin with kitchenette and kitchen table is at the end of the road and is quiet and private but has access to all the amenities of the Wilderness Wind resort.

Great walleye fishing in the bay directly in front of the cabin. Fishing boat and kayak on site. The cabin is an open concept format. The lower bedrooms require descending 2 steps. The bedrooms are separated by curtains.
