Built in 1973, Beaver Ridge is what guests have been requesting: more beds, more space, and more amenities, like central air/heat, modern furniture, including a sleep number bed, and lastly, advanced water filtration. This home sits on the stunning 18-acre ridge of Beaverdam Falls, which overlooks the Falls Basin, Creek, and Beaver Preserve. It has stunning views and connects to the Falls via a 160-ft bridge. Pets stay for FREE.

Enjoy our secluded 1850s solid brick farmhouse. Completely renovated with modern conveniences, including central AC & super fast, Starlink internet. 5 miles from Shenandoah National Park, Luray Caverns. A short walk to Lake Arrowhead. We also own the downtown cafe, Broad Porch Coffee, so are local and can help if you ever need anything. We are family friendly and love dogs, no pet fee.
