Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Activity prostor proteže se kompletnim suterenom kuće, a tu je još i dodatna kuhinja te kamin koji upotpunjuje doživljaj. U suterenu je smještena još i garaža sa 2 parking mjesta i 6 bicikli za vožnju gradom, dok u cijelosti ograđena parcela nudi i daljnja 4 parking mjesta. Na glavnoj plazi Verudeli mozete unajmiti sportski teren za mini golf i badminton ,tenis ,surfanje pa čak i brod koji vuče padobran , vozi mali zrakoplov.Tamo se nalazi i ronilački klub.Isto tako na Verudeli je mjesto Bunarina odakle brod vozi svakih sat vremena za Fratarski otok.
