Notre gîte La Marceline aménagé en 2020 se situe dans une maison indépendante orientée plein sud, ouverte sur un bel espace arboré, au coeur d'un petit village. La surface habitable de 60 m2 pour 2 personnes se compose notamment d'un espace cuisine-séjour très lumineux, d'une chambre avec salle de bain attenante. En face de la maison, un préau est à disposition ainsi qu'un parking. Pour vos courts ou plus longs séjours, de vacances ou professionnels, vous trouverez ici calme et confort!

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

Gite Pieds dans L’Aume 4 bedroom house on river

This special place on the gorgeous river Aume and centre of Aigre- butcher, Carrefour supermarket, epicurie, boulangerie, Thursday market, restaurants and bar- a hive of activity in rural France. Upstairs Bedroom 1 and 2 are large double bedrooms. Bedroom 4 ( with a single and a small double bed) is only accessible through Bedroom 2. These rooms share a bathroom off the upstairs hallway. Bedroom 3 downstairs has ensuite toilet and shower with a desk and a fold out single bed if needed.

Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.
