Appartement dans un Chalet, exposé au Sud avec 4 chambres à coucher prévu pour max. 10 personnnes. Piste de ski nocturne à 5 minutes à pied et 10 à 20 minutes en voiture des Domaines skiables de Leysin, Les Diablerets et Les Mosses. Une caution de CHF 300.- (espèce). Compris dans le prix de base sont: chauffage, électricité, nettoyage final.

Perfect location in Villars - close to everything

Cozy apartment with 2 bed rooms (75 m2) in the center of Villars - 5 min’s walk from main lift, 2 min’s walk from main street and 10 min’s walk from station - and yet in a very quiet street. A blue ski slope is ending just behind the building which that means that you can ski all the way down from the ski area during winter. In summer the hiking paths starts 5 mins’ from the building. Villars new swimming pool is only a short away - and is very nice both during summer and winter.

Appartement l'Arcobaleno

L'appartement fait partie de l'annexe érigée en 1950 au chalet paternel. Ce chalet a été construit en 1850 par mon arrière-grand-père, mes grands-parents y ont vécus et mon papa et sa soeur y sont nés. L'appartement a été rénové de peu, il est meublé simplement et fonctionnellement. Devant le chalet, il y a un terrain gazonné, qui a été longtemps le potager et la seule source de revenu pour ma grand-maman devenue veuve prématurément.

It includes a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a small and well-equipped kitchen and a living room with TV. On the ground floor a furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Alps, located due south, on the edge of the forest, very quiet.
