This is a one bedroom apartment within the home. NOT FOR PARTY No Smoking , ABSOLUTELY No events, parties, or large gatherings. The apartment has a separate entrance from the home main entrance. The apartment also comes with comcast high speed internet. The living room couch can be turned into a double bed, that sleeps two. Large ,shower towels and shampoo included. The apartment includes washer and dryer.The bedroom sleeps two .It is about 30min drive to Downtown-Chicago and15min to O'hare .

Located on a quiet tree lined street, the bungalow's garden level design was influenced by the rumpus rooms of the 1950's. A private side entry, a few steps down from the rear courtyard, leads into your tropical get away. Relax and feel at home on the first floor apartment (completely private) of my Chicago 2-Flat. This home away from home is well stocked with anything that you might need whether you are staying for 2 nights or 2 months. There are 3 televisions with Wifi and Netflix throughout the apartment. There is a nice backyard that you are welcome to use and street parking is free. Washer and Dryer available in the basement. The highways and bus are also nearby.

Charming Unique 2 Bdrm Apartment in Victorian Home

My place is close to the excitement and culture of the beautiful city of Chicago. It is a short walk to Metra trains with a 25 minute ride downtown. You’ll love my place because of the diverse, comfortable, quiet, tree lined neighborhood where you can relax and feel secure. It is close to expressways, golf courses and a local park with walking path. The apartment is not available to guests without previous positive reviews.

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
