Toda la casa es muy ventilada y cuenta con áreas comunes muy agradables para el disfrute de los clientes: sala, comedor, terraza y 2 patios. El barrio es muy tranquilo y se encuentra a sólo 5 minutos a pie del Parque Central Leoncio Vidal. El nombre de la casa recuerda escenas de la película Casablanca.
