We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

Mi casa está a un paso de la playa, con todos los servicios (restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, tren, autobús) a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Apartamento con aire acondicionado, WIFI, piscina y aparcamiento privado perfecto por su ubicación e iluminación. Perfecto en una zona tranquila y a 45 minutos del centro de Barcelona. For a relaxed beach holiday, the location doesn’t get any better than this. You step out of the house and the beach is literally right there.

Our lovely apartment is located in the heart of Sitges, facing to the main street in town. There's one bedroom, one living-room with full equipped kitchen and one bathroom. High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!
