A nice place to relax. Separate entrance, whole upstairs to yourself, no sharing spaces. Very private, comfortable and affordable. Your very own private deck. Large bedroom with large bathroom. Better than a hotel room or private room, with upgraded amenties: full size microwave, spacious fridge, coffee/tea maker, full size trashcan, separate heat and air, nice samsung tv, block out blinds and desk. Security cameras, advanced entry locks, well lit inside and out. All sorts of extras.

Located only 17 minutes from I-75, and 20 minutes from Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry. Take a break and unwind at your own peaceful, secluded tiny house. This 238 sq ft fully equipped cabin in the woods is the perfect spot for 2 people to spend the night(s) and enjoy the trees, birds, and calming touch of nature. Cook a full meal in the kitchen, take a walk through the woods and fields near the cabin, and enjoy a campfire just outside your cabin. Bed is full size. 75x54 inches.

There is a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more! The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs, and flowers. Fishing, paddle boating, cycling, and walking trails are available!

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Waterfront Paradise- Private Boat Ramp & Fishing

Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). It is DUCK/DEER HUNTING SEASON, so please be aware you may hear gunshots on weekend mornings.
