Welcoming guests for twenty years, this is one of the most sort after locations on Lake Daylesford, right on the water's edge, a stylish and intimate retreat welcoming up to six guests. Expect the ambience of an open fire, two person spa bath, open plan living and a sunny reading room. Our large deck overlooks a mature garden stretching to walking tracks around the lake edge, across the water from award winning Lake House; the Central Springs area and Boathouse Cafe just a few meters away.

Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.
