Questo piccolo delizioso studio e' situato nella torre di una splendida villa liberty, a 150 metri dal mare e di fronte alla Pineta di Ponente. Attraverso una scala esterna, si accede alla meravigliosa terrazza ad uso esclusivo, che offre una vista mozzafiato sulle Alpi Apuane e sul litorale. Gli ospiti dell'appartamento potranno usufruire degli spazi comuni della villa (soggiorno, sala da pranzo, giardino), che e' utilizzata come Bed&Breakfast. L'area notte è composta da una camera matrimoniale grande dove è presente un letto matrimoniale, un divano letto e TV. La seconda camera dispone di un letto singolo e un secondo letto a scomparsa. Le camere ed il salotto sono dotate di Aria Condizionata. Dal terrazzino si ha una splendida vista sulle Alpi Apuane e potrete godervi bellissimi tramonti .

Our house of 1910 is located in the old part of Viareggio, the pearl of the Italian Versilia. The "Viareggina" was completely renovated in 2017 in a very modern and stylish way, but with high respect to the typical Liberty- Style architecture. It is like a little palazzo with more than 4m high ceilings. The pedestrian shopping streets and the central market are just a few steps away. The beach and the famous passeggiata are in 5 minutes walking distance.
