Ancient family house, recently renovated by architects with traditional technics and natural elements as wood, iron, and local clay. The structure and basic furniture were handmade, from the stairs to the lights in the open space, made of the old doors and bee’s wax. The swimming pool was built from an old granite water tank with a view from the river just up to the sea. You will love this place due to its location, the country atmosphere so near the beach, and the uniqueness of the house.

Casa antigua de mis abuelos recién restaurada , aldea tranquila a 6 km del centro de Viana do Castelo y las playas . café , pastelería ,y minimecado dónde comprar lo necesario todo al rededor de la casa de 2 a 5 minutos a pie . La propiedad está totalmente cerrada y aislada del camino hay mucho terreno de cultivo que se ocupan mis padres sitio para descansar y estar en la naturaleza hay una zona de barbacoa y terraza exterior . ( todos los ocupantes deben estar registrados en airbnb . )

O Eido da Portela é uma casa de campo, situada em Jolda(Madalena) Arcos de Valdevez. A 10Km de Arcos de Valdevez e Ponte de Lima. A 800 m da Ecovia que aí inicia e se prolonga até Sístelo. Considerado o pequeno Tibete Português. Pode percorre-la a pé ou de bicicleta, apreciando a beleza e frescura das águas do rio Lima e Vez. Casa que traz muitas memórias de uma vivência antiga, na qual as lides do campo preenchiam os dias. Saberes antigos coziam o pão, faziam o vinho e teciam o linho.

The stairs to the bedroom are steep and not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
