One queen bed and one love seat pull out with twin bed. Laundry is available for monthly stays. Kitchenette and full bath. Linens, sheets, and all amenities supplied. Located within 13 mi to Binghamton and 30 mi from Sayre PA. Close to Binghamton University, all the local hospitals , and the airport.

Minimalist Home with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds

Welcome to your home away from home. This bright colourful home in Binghamton New York, is Ryan's childhood home. Built by his Poppa in 1973. We purchased the house in 2021, and had a cosmetic remodel. The house is now complete with modern furniture, fixtures, bedroom sets, and major kitchen appliances all purchased in 2022. We're thrilled to share it with you. Fun fact: the home is only 4 miles away from SUNY B's main campus & 5 miles from the SUNY Community College.

The John Howland Farm is an iconic 1840s family farm. We follow strict cleaning protocols and only accept whole house reservations. Your party will be the only guests in the farmhouse with suites. The "Butterfly Suite" includes three bedrooms, sitting room with board games, books, and private bath. The "Garden Suite" is fully ADA accessible with bedroom, bath, and sitting room.
