This oceanfront property overlooks the iconic Malibu Colony beach, incredible views, large bedrooms, and walking distance to shopping/ fine dining in the area, we have an in house private chef upon request. For the outdoor enthusiast we have sea kayaks, an outdoor fire pit and you can fish right off the deck. This is a family and dog friendly home with a special history, built in 1932, has been home to famous musicians and actors over the years. Did I mention that dolphins swim by every day?

We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. Enjoy a morning soak in the hot tub, or champagne under the stars. Charming and stylish, this studio offers a large walk-in shower and comfortable hotel suite-feel. The kitchen is stocked for light cooking or heating meals from one of the excellent local restaurants. 5-min drive to world-class beaches, resorts, and Montecito's Upper/Lower Villages.

It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)
