This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

The Crooked Farmhouse

Situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes, the Crooked Farmhouse is steps away from Hosmer Winery- one of the oldest wineries on Cayuga Lake and one of many in the Finger Lakes Region. The Crooked Farmhouse is dog and family friendly! A fenced-in, wide open backyard is great for frisbee or catch with the pup or the kids. Three bedrooms with queen beds welcome up to six people for a weekend getaway. Come explore everything the Finger Lakes have to offer from your home away from home!

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
