It has a private entry, a fully equipped kitchen, w/ a laundry/mud room & on-site parking. Large decks have splendid ocean view! Come and enjoy this quiet and comfortable home.

PLEASE NOTE, we live in a 3 story home and this unit is on the lower level of our home. Also available in a 1 bedroom, this suite features a spacious living room with a fire place, flatscreen TV & a kitchenette with most everything you will need to feel at home. A nice large bedroom with a quality queen bed & linens, a large bathroom with a double sink, tub and shower. The private entrance leads to a patio with stunning views and quiet space. There is a second sunning patio do dine and rest.

Cozy, creekside guest suite just blocks from the beach and the picturesque harbor. This one bedroom unit has been completely remodeled with a fully stocked kitchen, a separate eating/work space and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Drink your morning coffee (host provided) on the furnished deck while listening to the sounds of the running creek and the fog horn in the distance. This unit has its own private entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house.

Coastal Cottage Guest House

Guest house is attached to our primary residence but has a separate exterior entrance. The interior is separated by double doors that lock from both sides, similar to adjoining hotel rooms. The backyard is shared by us, the owners. There’s a very real chance you’ll be greeted by our friendly Australian Shepherd, Gracie, during your stay! You may see us in the yard during your stay. Feel free to say hi! Otherwise, we like to give our guests privacy.

This private oceanfront retreat offers direct beach access, lush gardens, and a spacious lawn. Walk to restaurants, music venues, and galleries nearby. You'll be just steps from Francis State Beach and the Coastal Trail and blocks from downtown Half Moon Bay with its various restaurants, bars and shops. Park your car for a few days and relax in a quiet setting with views of the ocean and mountains and the sounds of the waves. The ground floor of the house will be yours with its large private bedroom suite, living room/bar, outdoor patio and large backyard. (Please note that there is no kitchen.)
