Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Här på Ekeby gård bor du nära djur & natur. 5 minuter till närmsta matbutik & bensinmack. 1 timme från stockholm & 15 minuter till Nyköping. Handdukar och sängkläder ingår. Köket är utrustat med två spisplattor, Air fryer, ugn finns ej. Utomhus finns grill med kol o tändvätska. Städningen fixar vi. Ni lägger använda handdukar och sängkläder i tvättkorgen innan ni checkar ut. Ni tar även med er era sopor och diskar efter er.

Välkommen till stugan som ligger 200m från havet. Stugan har separat sovrum o badrum. Nybyggd altan med stor gräsmatta framför. Det härliga huset har gångavstånd (15 min) till pittoreska Trosa C med underbara restauranger, caféer o butiker. Stränder o Trosa Havsbad på gång- cykelavstånd. Påslakan samt handdukar ingår i priset. I badrummet finner ni tvål o schampo till ert förfogande. Ett par cyklar finns sommartid om ni vill upptäcka omgivningen. Passar 1-4 pers, bäst för 2.

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.
