It's a great place for kids to play, or for all to relax at the end of the day and is furnished with horseshoes, a table for 4, a 2 person hammock, and a propane fire pit. Brookshires is located close for groceries. 2 night stays allowed on non-First Monday weekends.

The Historic Brooks House was built in 1900 and has three suites available each with their own private entrance. We offer guests a private pass-coded entrance to their 3 room suite. Mineola - private house- a few minutes to downtown

A quiet getaway just a few short minutes from downtown Mineola and the Mineola Nature Preserve. It feels like many miles away though. Piney Gate Farm is home to a small herd of Angora goats and a few miniature donkeys and horses. The house is surrounded by woods and pasture. self checkin anytime after 3pm, checkout is 11am.
