Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.

Vive una experiencia diferente en una casa construída en 1927 y restaurada totalmente en 2017. Típica casa Valenciana en barrio marinero, protegida por su valor arquitectónico. Tiene los suelos hidráulicos y azulejos originales que son un espectáculo para la vista.
