El salón tiene chimenea y sillones de relax. También dispone de una zona de lavandería y plancha de ropa. La casa dispone de una amplia terraza común a todos los apartamentos donde disfrutar de la naturaleza y un salón multiusos para la realización de actividades, cursos o talleres. También disponemos de una amplia zona de barbacoa de casi 300 metros cuadrados con césped, futbolín y bicis de todos los tamaños, además de todo tipo de menaje para hacer barbacoa y siendo el sitio idóneo para realizar observación del cielo.
