Hello everyone. Thank you for checking out my listing. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Will was very helpful and flexible to work with. The apartment was spacious, clean and reflected a time passed in NYC brownstone history. The location was perfect for transportation, small grocery store gems and resources of 125th street. We will definitely stay again.
"The apartment was conveniently located on a quiet street close to transit and grocery shopping. The furnishings were comfortable and the landlord was welcoming and receptive to our needs."
Beds / pillows were really comfortable which is important for me because sometimes you get those nasty foam rubber pillows and a mattress that's too soft. And, Willie got us an extra set of keys and was very accommodating of our needs and last minute schedule changes
We enjoyed our stay with William. The old brownstone outside architecture is beautiful. The space was clean and spacious.
The apartment was exactly what we needed. Lots of places close by and it was super easy to get to the subway to get around. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again. Only tiny little complaint is that the beds are pretty firm and uncomfortable... if you have back problems make sure to bring something to put under you. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
A truly great experience and easy check in. William was there to greet me and make sure the transition to check in was swift. Way more space than I even expected which made for an even more comfortable stay! Close enough to walk to trains and get to the city in no time. Plus less than a half block walk to catch a cab if needed. This is the place to stay if looking for a relaxing NYC. I'm one who likes to try different places on my trips but safe to say this is a place I will be back to occupy again! Thanks William!!!
William was a very great Host and we really enjoyed our stay in his Apartment! There is a Subway, a supermarket and several take away Food location very close. The Apartment is totally like described by William. We recommend this Location to everyone!
Nice apartment in a beautiful, Historic townhouse in Harlem, conveniently located to everything one may need. Just one comment in case two couples want to stay there. One of the bedrooms has no privacy because through that bedroom one has to go to the bathroom. Since we are one couple, the place was perfect for us. It is probably the best deal in Manhattan.
We loved the location of the apartment, it was very close to the subway so was really easy to get everywhere. It felt very spacious for three and was great having a proper kitchen. We never met William but he was helpful over e-mail before we arrived. William's mum was on hand when we had a few questions while we were there.
On previous visits to NYC we have stayed in a hotel and I would definitely say that staying in an apartment was preferable! I would recommend this apartment, we only wish we could have stayed longer!!!!
The appartment in Harlem is really confortable for 3-4 people. It is also possible to use it with more people but maybe would be a little tiny. We were 4 people and had no space problem at it. It is exactly as described by William, who by the way is a fantastic host. He always helped us with our questions and demands. I would recommend this appartment to everyone. Thank you William!
I've had the great opportunity to know Will for almost a decade... Def. a cool guy to get to know - always outgoing, always upbeat and I'm 100% sure that if trust one of his listings you wont be disappointed. Harlem is a great neighborhood, home to many famous restaurants, theaters, and even the office of former president, Bill Clinton. It is also 20 minutes most to anywhere else you'd like to go in NYC. Enjoy!
You'll find that William is the epitome of a renaissance man whether your focus is his academic achievements, culinary skills or althleticism. He's honest, caring, goal oriented, extremely hard working and a proven leader.
The apartment is located in a great neighborhood full of young emerging professionals. This is an ideal location because it provides the perfect balance between culture & convenience. There's a busy shopping area, a myriad of dining choices, a bowling alley, a museum and a movie theater nearby.
I have known William for most of his life. He has always been a hard-working student, as well as a tremendous athlete. He is an asset to any community.
The area is a great place to live and visit. Harlem/Upper Manhattan is usually on the cutting edge of real estate developments, both in its residences and its commercial properties, but also maintains an old-school neighborhood feel.
Always positive and realiable. Will is truly a good friend.
