It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

Relax on your private deck overlooking a beautiful landscaped garden and magnificent year-round views of the Hudson River. Kayaking is allowed in the Hudson but not swimming. There is access to the river from the Malden Mini Park a short distance away. The apartment is part of a two family home but both units are very private and have separate entrances.

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch.
