Welcome to our bright and cozy basement retreat that stays cool in the heat of summer and warm in the colder months. It is a great place for golfers and families. Within walking distance to the golf course, guests love the unbeatable location that keeps you close to everything while offering a peaceful place to unwind. We have 2 comfortable queen beds, a cozy fireplace, a large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, and spa-like bathroom - as well as in-unit laundry, and high speed internet.

You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

Downtown Hideout

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. 42" roku TV in the living room. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
