Chena Aurora Family House

A short drive up the road to Chena Hot Springs or to North Pole to Santa Claus House and more. Watch the Yukon Quest 1000 Mile Dog Sled race pass right right in front of Outpost. This house is a great place for family gatherings with a full kitchen stocked with basics and if you need a special kitchen appliance, dish or baking wear just call and I’ll deliver. Animals are allowed with disclosing upon booking. We have reindeer and dog mushing tours next door so all dogs must be on a leash.

Enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin. Located just outside of Fairbanks, on a maintained road with year-round access, this cabin has all the luxuries and a real Alaskan feel. The room has private entry, a small cooking area with a table and a private bathroom. This space is a studio apartment within a house. The only shared space is the driveway but other people might be on the property.

Skogstead Cabin in the boreal forest

Tucked away in a beautiful forest of birch and spruce, our Hytte offers a thoughtful space to rest and explore. The furnishings have been thoughtfully curated to be minimalist, warm and peaceful. Many items are vintage or made by us. We have purposefully chosen amenities that are low waste and environmentally conscious. As a welcome to our guests, we provide fresh eggs from our flock of chickens, homemade granola, milk, fresh fruit, coffee and tea!

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
