Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Center Lake is weedy and excellent for fishing but not recommended for swimming. Dog-friendly!There are security cameras on the both doors to monitor entry, delivery of packages, and pier/boat.
