The kitchen is located at the back of the building with access to a small, enclosed garden perfect for a slow breakfast in the sun or an evening drink on the lawn. This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. My place is located directly on the seashore with spectacular views and is walking distance to the village convenience store. Off road parking in the gated area in front of the house.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

The Waves

The Waves is a 3 bedroom family-friendly house situated in the costal town of Macduff, Aberdeenshire. It can sleep up to 5 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 2 children. The Waves is a terraced house within 5 minutes of the golf course and the beach and is an ideal home from home to enjoy with friends and family. Macduff, and the nearby town of Banff, offer bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pool, museum and heritage buildings, aquarium and 2 golf courses.

Forglen Estate -Garden Bothy Hideaway

The Garden Bothy is our warm and cosy couple's retreat. Situated in a quiet corner the of the estate next to the Walled Garden it is an ideal place to hideaway for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the lovely walks around the estate. It is a stones throw from Garden Cottage, our other property which can also be booked if you want to bring company on holiday but have your own space too.
