750 sq ft, 1 Bed/1 Bath guest house on a calm, private road in Plant City. Very quick and convenient access to I-4 if you need to head toward Tampa or Orlando. Rental is a rear guest house behind the primary residence. Host is on site if you have any needs during your stay. Home features a stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Livingroom and bedroom TV are streaming only. Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix provided. Bedroom features a King bed on an adjustable platform base.

Located about 20-23 minutes (depending on traffic to downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, USF).

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
