Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

Carrs on Clarke a 3-bedroom country home at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Tumut. Ideal accommodation for a family getaway, girls, couples weekend escape. Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the upstairs loft boasting a Super King-sized bed with the option of splitting into 2 king singles. Please advise for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Just a 5-minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat.

Tucked away and almost out of sight, yet centrally located close to Woden Town Centre, 5 minute walk local shops/cafes, 5 minute drive to the Woden Town Centre. Cannot accommodate children under 2.

Rose End Cosy Central Apartment

Rose End House has bean divided into 2 apartments. It is the front apartment that will be your home away from home. The lounge room has three long windows facing the private front garden, BBQ, outdoor setting and a lovely shady tree. It has two comfortable lounges facing each other which makes for easy conversation or a movie night. A television doubles as beautiful art. Please feel free to search through the hundreds of art options and change it. ( If my taste doesn't suite you. )

It feels like a private country retreat but is only 2km to the Main Street, where you can enjoy breakfast at fantastic cafe’s, bakery, museums, antique shops, Carberry Park, supermarket, etc

Two Camel B&B 688 Little River Rd, Tumut

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

An ideal base if your interest is the snow or brilliant in the warmer months if you like to swim or fish for the legendary murray cod. A birdwatchers paradise and surrounded by wildlife Australia is famous for.

"1885" Warehouse Apartment

"1885" is a warehouse built in 1885, which has been beautifully converted to apartment style accommodation. It is located on Union Lane, behind Ride Tumba and right beside the Union Hotel. You can easily walk to cafes, pubs and shops and it is just under 2 kilometres to the start of the rail trail. The building is two-storey, with a living and kitchen area downstairs and a spacious open plan bedroom with bathroom upstairs.
