This charming home has stunning views from every window. The second bedroom offers an elevated workspace for business, art, or crafts. Close to the Jean Bautista Anza trail for birders, plein air painters, or a hike along the Santa Cruz river. Close to Madera Canyon with over a 100 miles of hiking trails. A tranquil community!

Our spacious two bedroom, 2 bath home is only a 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, the Presidio and town of TUBAC!! (One room Casita on the premises can be rented separately). Birdwatch in the shade of the cottonwood trees on the Anza Trail along the Santa Cruz river. Or watch the sun rise or set over the Santa Rita mountains from the elevated backyard with a screened in patio. Our Bungalow is delightful and warm and will sleep 2 couples. Comfortable beds, view, porches, and close to town!

Wake up to nothing but bird sounds, enjoy morning coffee and the bright stars in dark nights on the covered patio. Contemporary furnished, spacious guest house with beautiful Mountain Views, in rural location, but close vicinity to the towns of Patagonia and Sonoita. Open kitchen - dining area floor plan. The house is set up with all amenities needed by seasonal visitors and remote working professionals. No pets. A small dog may be ok. 1 month or longer preferred. Shorter stays on request.

There is a nice outdoor heated pool and workout center. Close to the long and scenic Anza trail perfect for hiking and birdwatching. Walking distance to the town center and all the artsy little shops in town. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and office tables. Townhouse has a water filtration system.
