Located on the corner of Post & Marr streets; 2 blocks walking distance from Bullocks grocery store, shops, restaurants and the TorC Brewery on Broadway, it is perfectly located to explore TorC. This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

There's also another full bath, an office space, large kitchen (w/ plates, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots & pans) has granite counter, another wet bar, dining room, & large screen TV.
