Dependance on the sea@Villa Giada

As a part of the Bed&Breakfast Villa Giada, you can find our Dependance Melograno. The Dependance is composed by an unique space, not considering the bathroom. You can find one bedroom, can sleep 4, private bathroom, kitchenette with all the facilities, Wifi, Tv sat, Air Con. It also has a private terrace, furnished with table and chairs, where you can eat or relax, litterally 2 metres from the sea. Being inside Villa Giada, Melograno is sorrounded by a fantastic lushed mediterranean garden, in witch you can relax and enjoy the silence and the coolness of the shade. In the maintime, you are not far from Tropea, its shops and restaurants and bars! you just have to walk for 10 minutes, and you are there!

A Tropea il paese più bello e visitato della Calabria affitto appartamento per vacanze, in zona tranquilla a due passi dal centro. L'appartamento che puo ospitare da 1 a 6 persone è composto da camera da letto biancheria inclusa, camera con due letti, cucina soggiorno con divano letto due posti. La cucina è attrezata con frigo, piano cottura quattro fuochi, lavello, stoviglie detersivi. Bagno con doccia e biancheria inclusa. L'appartamento ha una terrazza attrezzata di tavolo con sedie, lavello, stendibiancheria. Compreso area parcheggio. Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro dove si trovano negozi, bar, ristoranti e naturalmenti il bellissimo mare di Tropea.

Tropea è la perla della Calabria. Un posto di mare bellissimo dalle acque cristalline. L'appartamento è sopra la più bella spiaggia di Tropea con splendida vista sul mare azzurro, a 10 minuti da Capo Vaticano e vista sulle Eolie al tramonto. E' in pieno Centro Storico, vicino a ristoranti, spiagge, vita notturna e trasporto pubblico. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: atmosfera, gente, quartiere, spazi esterni e luce. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e gruppi.

Il nostro palazzo si trova in centro storico nella zona ZTL (le strade di accesso sono molto strette per le macchine grandi .) con affaccio "mozzafiato " direttamente sul meraviglioso mare e la spiaggia Marina dell’ Isola el isole Eolie La casa ha muri di pietra con archi e travi a vista .Zona tranquilla, a pochi passi dal corso principale, dal Duomo e dalle scale che portano alla spiaggia sottostante. Tropea Seaview Apartment

5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto.
