House location is next to main road E8, easy to travel to another city, easy access and a bus stop also right in front.

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Close to some of the areas most amazing mountains, fjords, ski and climbing areas. a. Big appartment with 1 bedroom that holds a king size bed and one bunk bed. There is a fold out sleeping couch in the living room. All facilites, towels to firewood are included! A car is needed to get to grøtfjord. The hosts live in a different section of the house.

Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .
