Important notice regarding mid July 2026 !! I would like to inform you in advance about what is happening in the building. From 8/7 for aproximatelly 10 days, my neighbor will be renovating her bathroom. About the apt: Condo in a Jugend style building with 3,30m high ceiling in the very centre. Situated in the city center in old but quiet part, next to University and all important sights. Castle hill in 8 min. walk away, park Tivoli that continues to almost real wood.
