Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Large front deck with a lovely view of the sunset over the lake and a great back yard with fire pit and hydrotherapy hot tub. The house also has a pot belly fire to keep you warm on the cooler winter nights.

Koala Kottage’s refurbished interior features a living area, dining area, exquisite large en suite bathroom with garden courtyard view and an ultra modern fully equipped kitchen . There is also an eating area and BBQ outside on the vine covered deck or make use of the seated fire pit area with a barbecue cooking plate . Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

(A mooring on the adjacent jetty is available for additional fee). Across the road from the property is the beautiful Gippsland lake, ready for you to put the boat in and explore.
