This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.

We offer tea & coffee in the loft, parking, yard access, wifi, basic amenities, full kitchen and a smart TV that has a fire stick with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix (no cable).

Unique experience, secluded. Enjoy a weekend or a few days eco-friendly retreat in an architectural, geometric masterpiece on 30 preserved acres just minutes from all that Rhinebeck and the Hudson Valley have to offer. The "cozy cottage" with a rustic feel but all the amenities of a fine hotel- exposed beams-goose down sofas and chairs- old fashioned gas burning stove to keep you warm in the cold winter months. *Please take note that we are not currently serving breakfast due to the pandemic but hope to resume when it is safe to do so.
