Nearly 2,000 sq feet of grand home is yours to enjoy. New kitchen. Dining room and living room (with smart TV) have high ceilings, glittering chandeliers, lots of light. Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Enjoy Ithaca in a recently renovated downstairs apartment with bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette (sink, microwave, mini-fridge), and living room. We back up to Shindagin Hollow with 20 miles of trail for mountain biking, hiking , birding or snowshoeing. We are located in the Finger Lakes with wineries and breweries galore.
