Rest, soak, retreat. The Studio is a converted grain store on a hidden 200 year old farm. Simple to access from the A38 or the London mainline - it’s a secret escape near beaches, restaurants, pubs, a 24hr Little Waitrose, farm shop, stately homes and attractions. There is room for two adults and up to two little children (sharing small sofa bed/one in travel cot), or one older child. One night stays are restricted: Max two guests. Moor to sea! The property nestles in the Tamar Valley on the Devon and Cornwall border. It is located with stunning views of Brunel’s world-renowned Royal Albert Bridge (1859) and the Tamar Bridge (1961). 5 mins away is the China Fleet Golf and Country Club. Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. A Cornish Cream Tea welcomes you upon arrival.

Riverside cottage

The most idyllic riverside escape! Gooseland Cottage sits on the edge of the River Tavy, close to the village of Bere Ferrers, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to Dartmoor National Park. Tides allowing, enjoy sailing, paddling, or swimming - within yards of your door. Or just soak up the view and read by the woodburner. A bird watching haven - egrets, swans, geese, avocets, osprey, European roller (2023) and this year ... a sea eagle! Masses of walking trails and cycling.

The Secret

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. “The Secret” a compact one bedroom cottage located in the village of Tideford. The open plan cottage has a separate downstairs toilet and shower room. The double bedroom is accessed by a steep, narrow staircase. The living area incorporates table and chairs, sofa,TV and Wi-Fi, kitchenette with fridge, hob, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. You are welcome to sit in the back garden where there are two friendly resident dogs.

The Old Salt Store is situated in the village of Pobathic, in an AONB at the head of a tributary of the River Lynher, to which there is access, bring your kayak/paddle board and your binoculars! A light and airy apartment, kept to a high standard including a fully equipped kitchen, with large windows and a fantastic view down the river from the kitchen, living room and small private balcony. The location is perfectly located for exploring Cornwall's forgotten corner, the Rame Peninsula.

The studio is situated on the Rame Peninsula, and is a base from which to explore "Cornwall's forgotten Corner". It is just a 5 minute drive from Whitsand Bay & Portwrinkle Beach, with it's access to the SW Coast Path and a golf course. The location is handy if you enjoy walking, beaches, country parks and fishing villages - or are visiting family & friends or HMS Raleigh, which is nearby. This quiet countryside spot is also ideal if all you want to do is sit and relax.

On the gateway to Cornwall and Devon, this spacious and dog-friendly detached house is perfect for getting away with family and friends. Bar-K has recently undergone a major renovation and features a large hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, a cinema room with surround sound and a PS5, and a games room with a full-size pool table, a dartboard, and table football. There is private parking for 6 cars, with an EV charge point, a huge decked area and a large, secure garden.

The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.
