The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Our Johnsburg Streamside cabin is peacefully located on beautiful Mill Creek at the beginning of a dead end country road . The deck overlooks Mill Creek, a lazy hammock, a fire pit, as well as a large field across the road with mountains in the background. On early mornings and evenings, deer can often be seen grazing in the field!
