Located just one block (3 minute walk) from the Deschutes River, private community pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts or stay home and relax in the private hot tub. Our place is a perfect active family getaway.

Hot tub is completely drained and re-filled between EVERY stay. - 2 separate family rooms for large gatherings. - Amazing golf course views from most of the house! - 5-minute bike ride or drive to Meadows Golf Course pro shop, Sunriver Village for coffee, food, ice cream, entertainment, or to the business park for gas and the hardware/outdoor store. - 10-minute bike ride (5-minute drive) to the Sunriver SHARC water park.
