Bright Cozy Apt in the heart of Margaretville Village features a queen-sized bed in the cozy sleeping loft, the couch opens to a twin size as well. The vaulted ceilings give the space a roomy feel, you can cook in and watch your favorite streaming channels on wifi, or go for a stroll out to dinner. We are within walking distance of all the amenities, hiking, fishing, antiques, shopping, cafes and more. We are close to Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Wedding Venues, and all the Catskills have to offer.

This bohemian New Paltz house is 1/3 mi to Main St New Paltz, 2/3 mi to SUNY and 1 1/2 blocks from the New Paltz-Kingston rail trail. Rent entire house with a private bathroom, large deck space with table and grill, small living and dining room, EV charging and a kitchen. The entire upstairs is a spacious and unique bedroom space. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. New Paltz is a central location for outdoor fun, close to Mohonk, the Gunks, great biking, hiking, rock climbing, etc.

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV which has cable. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger.
