A beautiful beach with views of the islands and Hay Point. This is the only local beach that does not have huge tidal water levels. Visit the Lamberts lookout on the way, the Seabreeze Hotel for great food, company, and live events on the weekends, or take the kids to the beachside playground while you soak up the beautiful surroundings. Late in the year, the foreshore trees in Ram Chandra Park are alive with black cockatoos.

Overlooking Lamberts Beach, the Cumberland Islands and Slade Point, Lamberts lookout offers stunning views especially at sunset. This is also a popular viewing platform to see the migrating whales as they breach and play off the coast of Mackay.
