This restaurant is located in a cave/cenote which is just outside of the center of Playa Del Carmen. This should be on every tourist list for a unique experience for your trip to Playa Del Carmen and on locals list for at least going once in your lifetime and on a list to take guest.

A beautiful restaurant inside a cave (cenotte). It's a bit fancy, but they'll allow you inside with flip-flops and short though (you'll feel a bit underdressed). The food is also fancy, but very very good. They usually have some nice live music (guy singing and playing (dining/lounge) music. Be sure to take a nice wine and ask if you can see the wine cellar. An experience in itself :-) We go there every time we have guests. It's also very closeby. You could actually walk there in about 15 - 20 minutes if you'd want. Price is around 50 to 75 USD per person, but definitely worth it if you want to have a nice night out.
