This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Mardi Gras Private Historic Midtown Cottage

Enjoy a little private cottage in the historic Midtown area, minutes away from downtown Mobile and I10. Very quiet neighborhood, with all the charm that Midtown has to offer. Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. We love our little guest house because it is a hidden gem full of character and charm all while being in the heart of town. Come check it out!

Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located home located in the Tillman's corner area of Mobile, AL. The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10.
