The property is strategically located about 15 km from Nedumkandam on the Munnar(60 kms)-Thekkady (35 kms) route and could be a classique pit stop enroute Munnar to Thekkady. The foggy mornings and strong winds are definitely an energiser.

Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.
