A fully self contained 2x1 guest house located in The heart of the Swan Valley. Master bedroom has a double bed, BIR and security safe. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. Sofa bed in living room for 2 more guests. Washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower and basin. Separate toilet. The living area has smart TV, chaise sofa/sofa bed.
