A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Dining table and large comfortable sofa, with 2 sets of doors leading to private deck and spectacular sea views. Private access at the rear of the plot for free parking. Modern purpose built self contained cabin, next to the house but with its own private entrance and private pergola area with canvas sides complete with cosy seating & lighting plus hot tub! Situated in East Cowes. The house was part of the Osborne estate so we are situated right next to Osborne House, also a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk from East Cowes Red Funnel. We are also on a main bus route to Newport or Ryde. There is private access & your own parking space. CCTV on driveway.

The Beach House is a cosy, self contained, nautical themed one-bedroom annexe situated within a two minute walk to the lovely beach at Hill Head. The annexe has been newly decorated and comes with private parking. The property provides easy access to surrounding areas such as Lee-on-Solent and Portsmouth and is ideally situated for walkers being on the England Coastal path and close to the South Downs Way. Families welcome, property sleeps 3-4 with sofa bed in lounge area. Dogs welcome.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. It's a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property. The creek is tidal.

Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).

Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.
