Our studio is equipped with everything necessary for your holiday comfort, including fast and reliable fiber optic WiFi (300 mb/s), washing machine and easy parking. Nearby you‘ll find restaurants and bars at the beach promenade. There is a bus stop nearby, but it’s recommendable to rent a car.

At the moment small pool is closed for renovation. Should be open about 15.11.24. Bigger pool is open! The apartment is bright, very peaceful and private. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with open plan kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is the place you want to to meet sunset after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the island. It is really great to just sit there, enjoy the view and relax. The apartment is ideal for couples or small families.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.
