Sitting in the heart of the Anchorage area with open plan living with a lounge, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower over the bath & WC, off street parking for 1 car & short walk to the Waterfront, Beach, local pubs & restaurants. 2 well behaved Pets allowed. We live on an island, sometimes the tide will cover the Strood (only Road onto the island). Please check tide times as you will be stuck waiting. It is best to arrive 1hr either side of the high tide of the day if over 5.0.

We are excited to share our holiday apartment with guests, the apartment is on the top floor [there is no lift] of the now converted former Buregate Pub, overlooking the sandy beach & seafront. The spacious two-bed apartment easily accommodates a maximum of 4 adults/children (plus infants) without being crowded. The sandy beach, shops, amenities, amusements, etc are on the doorstep and all within easy walking distance. Full size designated parking space plus free on street parking outside.

The Studio is available for up to 2 people (sharing 1 bed) that can climb the 20 Steep Steps to the flat.

Waterfront self-contained apartment for couples or business travellers in a prime position on Felixstowe seafront. Your apartment occupies the entire ground floor of my home. You have your own key box next to your front door. Parking opposite is free. Directly opposite is the promenade and sandy beach, neighbouring bars, restaurants, take-aways, Spa Pavilion and Pier; and high street stores (Tesco, Iceland, Boots, WH Smith), Banks, Post Office and independent arts and crafts.

It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away. This stylish and cosy apartment was completed in January 2022

Bluebell Studio is perfect for a getaway. This large space is great for a relaxing stay. It is situated in the beautiful grounds of The Old Vicarage, which guests can enjoy. It is extremely well placed to visit Suffolk coastal towns and attractions such as Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Rendlesham Forest & Iken Bay riding stables. A nice bottle of wine and nibbles will be waiting to welcome you (plus tea, coffee and biscuits).
