Cook meals on a beautiful six burner stove in a kitchen with a fireplace called The Rio Pecos Cafe. Fifteen minutes to Telluride and a half hour drive to Ouray Hot Springs. There is an on site caretaker who lives in a separate, private soundproof apt on a different level than the main house. He is there if you need him and invisible if you don't.

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. With the Empire house you get the best of both worlds, an updated home that still retains its historical charms. This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk-in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does!
